These derailer plate replacements are an easy and inexpensive way to shed grams! They're made from 2.3mm carbon fiber with titanium inserts for threads, making them extremely "lyte." They're made to replace the inner plate only (the one nearest the wheel). The ultra lyte version weighs 2g.
